AnQore, the European sustainable, safe, and secure supplier of key raw materials, is proud to announce that, once again, it has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold rating for its sustainability performance. This achievement now places AnQore within the top 2% of all companies rated by EcoVadis globally.

For the second year in a row AnQore has been awarded a Gold sustainability rating by EcoVadis, a leading provider of business sustainability ratings. Out of all companies that were evaluated globally, AnQore was ranked in the top 2% for sustainability, or the 98th percentile, with a score of 74. The EcoVadis Rating assesses companies across a number of areas that are key to meeting sustainable targets. These include the environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement impacts. The latest report from EcoVadis highlights that AnQore performed very well across all areas, particularly regarding its environmental practices.

Although AnQore needed only 1 more point to reach a Platinum status, the AnQore team is very proud of the progress that we made over the years. AnQore’s focus on sustainability is underscored by the introduction in 2022 of an annual ESG report, 100% green electricity and commitment to reduce our Scope 1 emissions to 30%, Scope 2 to 0% and Scope 3 to 80% by 2030.

Our efforts have been recognized by EcoVadis and, together with a substantial increase in our sustainable purchasing rating, have helped to increase our sustainability rating by 6 points to 74. As can be seen from the picture below our drive for continuous improvement in safe, secure and sustainable supply of key raw materials also leads to continued improvement in our sustainability ratings by Ecovadis.
